CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. by Mayor Kellar.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (ONE MINUTE LIMIT)
No requests to speak were received.
City Council Chambers
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR
Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Negotiator: City Manager or designee
Unrepresented Employees: All positions not represented by SEIU Local 721
CONFERENCE WITH PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Government Code Section 54956.8
Property Location: 1.00 +/- acres on Drayton Street
Assessor's Parcel Nos. 2836-030-044
Negotiating Parties: Bock Co.
City's Authorized Negotiator: City Manager
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Kellar recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:16 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Kellar reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:00 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Kellar adjourned the meeting at 6:01 p.m. /
