This is a meeting of the Sand Canyon Homeowners Association (SCHOA). It is anticipated that
three or more Santa Clarita City Councilmembers may be in attendance at this meeting to hear
about and possibly participate in the discussion of a subject matter that is ultimately within the
City Council's jurisdiction. Accordingly, this notice and agenda has been prepared to comply
with the requirements of the Brown Act. The meeting will not be conducted by the City Council,
rather the Sand Canyon Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
