Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
of holding a:

Mayor Smyth reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 5:52 p.m.

City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
