AGENDA
This is a Sexual Harassment Prevention and Abusive Conduct Prevention training of the City of
Santa Clarita's City Council, various commissions and other public entities. It is anticipated that
three or more Santa Clarita City Councilmembers, Commissioners, and/or Panelmembers may be
in attendance at this training. Possible discussion and questions may arise of a subject matter
that is ultimately within the City Council's/commissions control. Accordingly, this notice and
agenda has been prepared to comply with the requirements of the Brown Act. The training will
not be conducted by the City Council or any of the City's commissions, rather an attorney(s)
from Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP will be conducting the presentation.
