This is an Ethics training of the City of Santa Clarita's City Council and various commissions. It
is anticipated that three or more Santa Clarita City Councilmembers, commissioners, and/or
panel members may be in attendance at this training. Possible discussion and questions may
arise of a subject matter that is ultimately within the City Council's/commissions'/panel's
control. Accordingly, this notice and agenda has been prepared to comply with the requirements
of the Brown Act. The training will not be conducted by the City Council, any of the City's
commissions, or panel, rather Rachel Richman, Partner, Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP,
Assistant City Attorney, Santa Clarita.
