CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Weste called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present, with the exception of Councilmember Smyth who arrived at
5:35 p.m.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR AGENDIZED ITEMS (ONE MINUTE LIMIT)
There were none.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION
Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CENTURY ROOM
Mayor Weste recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:31 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Weste reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:01 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
