The City Council Special Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Smyth.

CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Smyth adjourned the meeting at 6:04 p.m.
