CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McLean called to order the special meeting at 5:15 p.m.
City Council Chambers
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present with the exception of Mayor Pro Tern Smyth, who arrived at
5:25 p.m.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR AGENDIZED ITEMS (ONE MINUTE LIMIT)
No requests to speak were received.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) - one matter
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CENTURY ROOM
Mayor McLean recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:15 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor McLean reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:00 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor McLean adjourned the special meeting at 6:00 p.m.
