Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) - Based upon letter dated February 4, 2020,
from Attorney Scott Rafferty concerning the California Voting Rights Act (CVRA)
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - To be held in the Century Room
Mayor Smyth recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 3:02 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Smyth reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 3:55 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
