Mayor Smyth called to order the Special Meeting at 5:34 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Government Code Section 54956.8
Property Location: 102 +/- acres in the Eastern Greenbelt
Assessor's Parcel Nos.: 3211-016-031, 3211-015-009, 3211-016-025 and 3211-016-026
Negotiating Parties: Blanca Rain
City's Authorized Negotiator: City Manager
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CENTURY ROOM
Mayor Smyth recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:35 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Smyth reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:01 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
