PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (ONE MINUTE LIMIT)
Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3 members of the public are afforded one minute a

CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - POTENTIAL LITIGATION,
INITIATION
Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) - one matter
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CENTURY ROOM
Mayor Smyth recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:00 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Smyth reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:01 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
