BACKGROUND On October 12, 2005, Robinson Ranch Golf, LLC (Applicant), submitted a residential subdivision project under Master Case 05-349, the Mancara Project (Project). The proposed Project is located west of the intersection of Lost Canyon Road and Oak Springs Canyon Road, south of the Santa Clara River, east of the Angeles National Forest, and north of the Sand Canyon Country Club, and includes 109 large lot, single-family units and various amenities. On December 9, 2014, the City Council authorized an expenditure increase of $15,889, resulting in a maximum contract amount of $174,779. Page 1 Packet Pg. 114 Further passage of time and more changes to CEQA have necessitated additional project review. The amendment would increase the contract amount by $32,830, for a maximum amount of $207,609. The contract will expire in March 2022. The services to be performed are described in the attached scope of work. ALTERNATIVE ACTION Other actions as identified by the City Council.
