To receive the revenue, the City must submit an annual claim form to Metro, along with a resolution adopted by the City Council, authorizing the City Manager or designee to submit the annual claim package to Metro. ALTERNATIVE ACTION Other action as determined by the City Council. FISCAL IMPACT This action has no fiscal impact. This resolution only allows the City to submit the annual claim form and enter into agreements to receive the annual allocation. These funds are already included in the annual budget.
