The last component, design of the City Hall represents a two year effort in which all City
Departments as well as the Council appointed , Design Review Committee (DRC) met to
oversee all facets of the design. Now presented for the City Council's review is the
culmination of this effort. All comments made by City Staff as well as the Design Review
Committee have been incorporated in to the final design submittal. This presentation
represents the culmination of the $2.6 Million design effort authorized in 1992 by the City
Council and conducted by Hill, Urquieta Zechetto Architects of San Francisco. All plans
and specifications to be presented represents a bid ready set of documents which will allow
the City to proceed with construction when funding becomes available. At this time
