City Council approve Parcel Map No. 71090 (Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital). 2. Make findings as follows: (a) project is consistent with the provisions of Sections 66424, 66427, 66474, and 66474.1 of the Subdivision Map Act and should be approved, and (b) that this proposed subdivision together with the provisions for this design and improvement is consistent with the General Plan required by Article 5 (commencing with Section 65300) of Chapter 3 of Division 1 of the Government Code, or any specific plan adopted pursuant to Article 8 (commencing with Section 65450) of Chapter 3 of Division 1 of the Government Code. 3. Instruct the Deputy City Manager to endorse the Special Assessment Statement on the face of Parcel Map No. 71090, which indicates that all special assessments levied by the City have been paid. 4. Instruct the City Clerk to endorse the Statement on the face of Parcel Map No. 71090, which embodies the approval of said map. Instruct the City Engineer to endorse the Statement on the face of Parcel Map No. 71090, which provides for verification of substantial conformance with the Tentative Map and all provisions of local ordinances and state laws applicable at the time of approval. BACKGROUND Tentative Parcel Map No. 71090 (Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital) was deemed to be in substantial conformance with the principles and standards required by the Unified Development �p��o CAD FACT SHEET PARCEL MAP NO. 71090 Location: On the northwesterly side of McBean Parkway at the intersection of Orchard Village Road. Acreage: Approximately 20.9 acres. Number of Lots: Three. Use: Commercial. Owner: Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, a California Non-profit Public Benefit Corporation Trails/Paseos: No new trails are being dedicated to the City by this map. Streets: No new public streets are being dedicated to the City by this map. B&T Fees: Bridge and Thoroughfare (B&T) fee amounts will be determined and collected at issuance of building permits in compliance with City Council Resolution 08-102, Exhibit B. Transit Fees: No Transit fees are required for this commercial development. Quimby Fees: No Quimby fees are required for this commercial development.
