CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Gibbs called the Special Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR AGENDIZED ITEMS
No requests to speak were received.

CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION
Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CARL BOYER ROOM
Mayor Gibbs recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:30 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Gibbs reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:13 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Gibbs adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:14 p.m.
