BACKGROUND The League of California Cities (Cal Cities) is an association of California city officials who work together to enhance their knowledge, exchange information, and combine resources. Cal Cities' objective is to protect and expand local authority for cities through education and advocacy to enhance the quality of life for all Californians. The Cal Cities Annual Conference (Conference) is scheduled for September 20-22, 2023, in Sacramento.
