The meeting was called to order by Mayor Jason Gibbs at 3:17 p.m. E
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present.
FLAG SALUTE
Riley Weinstein, Special Needs Advocate, led the flag salute, and Melanie Martel sang the
National Anthem.
STATE OF THE CITY
Mayor Jason Gibbs welcomed guests to the 2023 State of the City. Brief remarks were made by
each Councilmember and presentation videos were shown.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
No requests to speak were received.
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
