Joseph Montes, City Attorney, indicated that the litigation matter does not involve manufactured

housing and announced the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose of holding a: N
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) - one matter
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CARL BOYER ROOM
Mayor Pro Tern Miranda recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:31 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Pro Tern Miranda reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:01 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Pro Tern Miranda adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:01 p.m.
