is anticipated that three or more Santa Clarita City Councilmembers, commissioners, and/or
panel members may be in attendance at this training. Possible discussion and questions may
control. Accordingly, this notice and agenda has been prepared to comply with the requirements
of the Brown Act. The training will not be
commissions, or panel, rather Assistant City Attorney Rachel Richman from Burke, Williams &
Sorensen, LLP, will be conducting the presentation.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (ONE MINUTE LIMIT)
Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3 members of the public are afforded one minute
(with double the time allotted to non-English speakers using a translator) to address the
legislative body concerning any item that has been described in the special meeting agenda.
