Mayor Miranda called to order the Special meeting of the City Council at 5:30 p.m.

All Councilmembers were present with the exception of Mayor Pro Tem Weste who joined the
meeting at 5:33 p.m. 0
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR AGENDIZED ITEMS
No requests to speak were received.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) - one matter
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS

Mayor Miranda recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:31 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Miranda reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:01 p.m.

City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Miranda adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:02 p.m.
