CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Miranda called to order the Special meeting of the City Council at 4:30 p.m.

All Councilmembers were present.

Mayor Miranda recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 4:31 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Miranda reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 5:02 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT Almon
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that the City Council voted unanimously to authorize
the filing of a nuisance abatement action and seek the appointment of a receiver to clean up the
property located at 20309 Lakemore.
ADJOURN
Mayor Miranda adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:02 p.m.
