Joint Study Session
Tuesday, September 10, 2024
Call to Order: Mayor Smyth called the Study Session to order at 5:00 p.m.
Roll Call
Council: All Councilmembers were present, with the exception of
Councilmember Gibbs
Arts Commission: All Commissioners were present
ITEM 1 2025 ARTS COMMISSION WORK PLAN - Arts and Events staff provided a
review and status of the recommendations contained in the Arts Master Plan.
ITEM 2 2025 ARTS COMMISSION PUBLIC ART REPORT - Arts and Events staff
provided information on the 2025 Arts Commission Public Art Report.
Commissioners and Councilmembers discussed the programs and events,
including next year's priority recommendations, and concluded by commenting
on the support of the Arts Master Plan.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
No requests to speak were received.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Smyth adjourned the Study Session at 5 : 5 5 p.m.
