CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Miranda called to order the Special meeting of the City Council at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present with the exception of Mayor Pro Tern Weste who joined the
meeting at 5:33 p.m.

No requests to speak were received.
