Mayor Miranda called to order the Special meeting of the City Council at 5:00 p.m.

All Councilmembers were present.

No requests to speak were received.

Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose

Mayor Miranda reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 5:59 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.

Mayor Miranda adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:59 p.m.
