"ANNF.XATTON NO. 1134" WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 99 and 99.01 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, prior to the efteclive date of anvjwisdictional change which will result in a special district providing a new service, the governing bodies of all local agencies that mveive an apportionment orthe property tax from the area must determine the amount of property rrx NVenneS Ilom the annual tax increment to be exchanged between the atTected agencies and approve and accept the negotiated exchange of property tax ievcmres by resolution; and WHEREAS, the governing bodies of the agencies signatory hereto have made determinations of the amount of property tax revenues From the amoral tax increments to be exchanged as a result ol'the annexation to Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District entitled Annexation No. 1134: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: I I'he negotiated exchange ul'piopeny tax revenues resulting Frnm the annexation nl'tco non to Santa Clanta Vallcy Sanitation Districl III the annexannn entitled Annexation Nu. 1134 i, approved and accepted. 2.
