No requests to speak were received.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Moores, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) - two matters
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CARL BOYER ROOM
Mayor Weste recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:01 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Weste reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:08 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Weste adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:09 p.m.
