CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Weste called to order the Special Meeting of the City Council at 5:45 p.m.

All Councilmembers were present.

No requests to speak were received.

CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Mantes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Weste adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:04 p.m. _
