Mayor Weste called to order the Special Meeting of the City Council at 5:03 p.m.

Mayor Weste recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:03 p.m.

Mayor Weste reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:17 p.m.

City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was
required to be reported.
