A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA APPROVING AND
ACCEPTING SURETY BONDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The City of Santa Clarita approves and accepts
surety bonds for officers and employees of the City required
to be bonded as described in Exhibit A attached and
incorporated herein. Said surety is to be obtained from
Aria Corp., in the amount of $100,000.00 for Treasurer and
$10,000.00 each for City Manager and City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED thisl5thday
