A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 87-15j A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE
CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL TO CONTINUE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT
WITHIN THE CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
That Resolution No 87-15 be amended by the addition of a Section no. 2,
to wit:
Section 2
That the California Highway Patrol is requested to continue to provide
radar speed enforcement within the City limits of Santa Clarita on
those five roadways designated by the County in the memorandum of
understanding between the County of Los Angeles and the Highway Patrol
dated 21 October 1986.
