RESOLUTION NO. 87-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA AUTHORIZING FILING
OF DOCUMENTS WITH STATE AND COUNTY
OFFICES AND OFFICERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Santa Clarita,
the Interim City Clerk and the City Attorney are each
appointed the authorized agent of the City of Santa Clarita
for the filing with such offices and officers of the State
of California and the County of Los Angeles of certified
copies of ordinances and resolutions and such other
documents as may be required for the proper and efficient
conduct of City business.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this {5a4day
