A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA APPOINTING AN
INTERIM CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Clarita was incorporated
on December 15, 1987 as a general law city of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, the City by ordinance has adopted a
Council/Manager form of government.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA CLARITA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. E. Fredrick Bien is appointed to the
position of Interim City Manager in accordance with the
terms of the Contract of the Interim City Manager which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the said contract
on behalf of the City.
