!^ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA APPOINTING THE
INTERIM CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Clarita was incorporated
on December 15, 1987, as a general law city of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an Interim City Clerk
be appointed immediately in order that the affairs of the
City may be properly administered.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA CLARITA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. E. Fredrick Bien is hereby appointed
Interim City Clerk of the City of Santa Clarita to serve at
the pleasure of the City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 157),l day
