RESOLUTION NO. 87-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, DECLARING
WITHDRAWAL FROM LOS ANGELES COUNTY ROAD
DISTRICTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

the 15th day of December, 1987, is declared to be withdrawn
from the applicable Los Angeles County Road District,
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1020 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.
Section 2. That the attention of all owners of
property within the boundaries of the City of Santa Clarita
is directed to the fact that the road maintenance district
tax levy, heretofore appearing on the tax bills of all
property within the city limits, will be removed from future
tax bills pursuant to law.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of
