A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, REQUESTING COUNTY
TRANSFER OF LOCAL PARKS TO CITY.
WHERS

which are local in character;
City; WHEREAS, the County may transfer those parks to the
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA CLARITA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That County, by this action of City, is requested
to transfer to City any property owned by County in the City
Which is improved for use as a public park and which is
found to be local in character.
