A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA DESIGNATING
LOCATIONS FOR POSTING OF ORDINANCES
AND/OR RESOLUTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE
PUBLISHED OR POSTED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. All Ordinances and all Resolutions
required by law to be published or posted shall be posted in
at least three (3) public places within the City of Santa
Clarita in accordance with the provisions of Section 36933,
Government Code.
Section 2. All Ordinances and Resolutions shall be
posted for public inspection at City Hall, the U.S. Post
Office, and the County Sheriff Substation; all in the City
of Santa Clarita.
Section 3. During its first year of operation,
ordinances shall be passed as set out herein, rather than
published.
