RESOLUTION NO. 87-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA APPOINTING THE
SECOND DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS. 26 AND 32 OF
LOS ANGELES COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Clarita was incorporated
on December 15, 1987 as a general law city of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the efficient
operation of the affairs of the City that the City Council
appoint the Second Director and Alternate Director to the
Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos. 26
and 32 of Los Angeles County.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA CLARITA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
,''-' a member of the City Council
of the City of Santa Clarita, is hereby selected and
designated as the Second Director on the Boards of Directors
of County Sanitation Districts Nos. 26 and 32 of Los Angeles
County, and 772. a member of the City
Council of the City of Santa Clarita, is hereby selected and
designated as an Alternate Director of the Boards of
Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos. 26 and 32 of
Los Angeles County to act in the place of the presiding
officer of the City Council or the Second Director during
his absence, inability or refusal to act as a member of said
Boards of Directors.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of
December 1987.
