Also present were John Shannon, Laura Jarvey, and E. Fredrick Bien. PURPOSE OF MEETING The Mayor explained the purpose of the meeting was to meet with the Executive Search firm to discuss the results of the firm's search for a City Manager. RECESS TO CLOSED The Council then recessed to a closed session with John Shannon SESSION with John Shannon to discuss recruitment results. RECONVENE At 5:15 p.m. the Council reconvened from its closed session and adjourned on motion of Darcy, second by Koontz. With no objection, it was so ordered. Howard "Buck" McKeon Mayor ATTEST: r*
