A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
DEED OR GRANT OF CERTAIN LOCAL PARK LANDS,
SUCH ACCEPTANCE TO BE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1988
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 27281 of the
Government Code of the State of California, the City of
Santa Clarita accepts the deed or grant of nine local park
sites from the County of Los Angeles, such acceptance to be
effective July 1, 1988.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa
Clarita hereby authorizes and directs City Clerk to
accept on July 1, 1988, the nine local park sites on behalf
of the City.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this23rdday
of June 1988.

duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa
Clarita at a regular meeting thereof, held on the.23rday

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the attached interest in
M, real property conveyed by the deed or grant dated
from the County of Los Angeles to the City of Santa Clarita,
a political corporation and/or governmental agency is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of
the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita pursuant to
authority conferred by Resolution of the City Council of the
City of Santa Clarita adopted on June 23, 1988, and the
grantee consents to recordation t ereof by its duly
authorized officer.
