Support for County Parks in City sphere and continued cooperation.
Jan Heidt - Concerned that we aren't part of the process
regarding: Elsmere. LAFCO said they would deal with Sphere when
City proved itself.
M. Antonovich - City should get -
Tom T. -'1_1 re in the process of getting data on all 6 sites. This
will be done in 9 - 12 months.
J.D. - Three landfills are too much for one community.
K.Kollar - Val Verde and Castaic have indicated support for Sphere
of Influence. i
M. Antonovich - It depends on the sense of lcitizens want. If
Elsmere started it would be under the district and the City has
representation on it.
Berman should finalize leg.` in the next 30 - 60 days.
J.H. - Everyone (West side) should carry their share of the load.
Mello -Roos - Joint Chambers brought -it to us. Staff got
agreement. Council approved. Want matters to decide. Did the
three things you asked.

don't get,input on one another's projects.
M. Antonovich - If you want to support:'get Ed Davis to increase
cost for schools.
Wildland Fire Fees - Effective 7/1 no wildland fire fee.
At 9:08 a.m. it was moved by Koontz, second by Darcy to adjourn the
meeting.
