If Council chooses to deny the project, the City Attorney has said that reasons for the denial should be stated. and staff should be directed to develop a resolution of denial which would be brought to Council at a subsequent meeting with notice to be given to the applicant and interested parties of the proposed action. RECOMMENDATION Provide direction to staff. Agenda Item:
