SUBJECT: Direction to Staff regarding the Palmer Project
DEPARTMENT: City Manager
BACKGROUND
Councilmember Heidt has directed that an item be placed on this agenda to. allow
the City Council to reconsider the direction to the staff with regard to the
Santa Catarina project and to make a determination as to whether or not the
project should be approved or denied.
If Council chooses to deny the project, the City Attorney has said that reasons
for the denial should be stated. and staff should be directed to develop a
resolution of denial which would be brought to Council at a subsequent meeting
with notice to be given to the applicant and interested parties of the proposed
action.
RECOMMENDATION
Provide direction to staff.
