TRACT NUMBER 38300, PRIVATE DRAIN 1627
Resolution Number: 90-46
DEPARTMENT: Public Works
BACKGROUND
The construction of Private Drain 1627 has been inspected and approved by the
County Director of Public Works, who has sent a Notice of Completion to the
City. The storm drains were constructed by the developer in accordance with
agreements and the Faithful Performance Bonds on file with the City Clerk (see

City Council must approve a resolution authorizing the transfer to complete the
process. The transfer is then accepted and approved by the Board of Supervisors
for the L.A.C.F.C.D., who operates and maintains the storm drains for public use.
