HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-09-25 - AGENDA REPORTS - TM 44946 APPROVAL WAYMAN/LYONS (2)0 CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA REPORT DATE: September 25, 1990 0 City Manager Item to be presented SUBJECT: WAYMAN.STREET AND LYONS AVENUE (VICINITY) TRACT MAP NO. 44946 APPROVAL OF THE MAP AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFERS OF DEDICATION DEPARTMENT: Public Works BACKGROUND The Tentative Map was originally approved by Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission on September 2, 1987. The developer is subdividing 5.32 acres into 14single family lots. The conditions of approval have been met, the fees have been paid as indicated on the Fact Sheet, and the map has been checked to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. The map is ready for the Council's approval and acceptance of the dedications. RECOMMENDATION Part 1. Approve the map. Part 2. Accept on behalf of the public the dedications for streets, sewers; storm drains, and other dedications as stated on the map. Part 3. Approve and accept work agreements and improvement securities required as a condition of recordation of the map. Part 4. Make findings as follows: a. That this project will not violate any of the provisions of Sections 66474, 66474.1, and 66474.6 of the Subdivision Map Act. b. That the proposed subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the general plan required by Article 5 (commencing with Section 65300) of Chapter 3 of Division 1 of the Government Code, or any specific plan adopted pursuant to Article 8 (commencing with Section 65450) of Chapter 3 of Division of the Government Code. C. That the development of the property in the manner set APPROVED forth on the subject division of land will not unreasonably Interfere with the free and complete exercise of any public entity and/or public utility rights-of-way and/or easements within the subject division of land, pursuant to Section _ _ 66436(a)(3)(A)(i-vii) of the Subdivisioyi&Wtem17 - 0 • Tract Map No. 44946 September 25, 1990 Page 2 Part 5. Instruct the City Clerk to endorse the Certificate on the face of the map of Tract Map No. 44946 which embodies the approval of said map and the acceptance of the dedications shown thereon.
