HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-08-28 - RESOLUTIONS - CONFLICT OF INTEREST AMEND (2)RESOLUTION NO. 90-176 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING AN AMENDED CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita has previously adopted a Conflict of Interest Code to apply to certain officers and employees of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita desires to amend the Conflict of Interest Code to make it applicable to additional officers and employees of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita does resolve as follows: SECTION 3.._ That the attached Conflict of Interest Code be, and hereby is, adopted as the Conflict of Interest Code for the City of Santa Clarita. SECTION _Z. Any and all previously adopted Conflict of Interest Code or Codes for the City of Santa Clarita are hereby rescinded. SECTION 3. The City shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
