HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-05-22 - RESOLUTIONS - EMPLOYEE COMP RESO 90-72 AMEND (2)RESOLUTION NO. 90-91 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-72 PROVIDING FOR THE COMPENSATION OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY WHEREAS, Section 37206 of the Government Code requires the City Council to prescribe the time and method of paying salaries, wages and benefits of employees of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized and directed, under the provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Santa Clarita, Section 2.080.060 (7), the City Manager to prepare a proposed salary plan for all City employees; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-72 was adopted on April 4, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council has allocated funds in the 1989/90 budget for the position that is the subject of this resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita as follows: Section 1: Exhibit 1 is hereby amended to add the following classification: Classification Day Camps Counselor Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita at a study session held on the 22nd day of May , 1990.
