Per the provision of the Contract, this agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms up to a total of five -years upon the same conditions as the original contract. The original contract did not subrogate any of the provisions of the contract between Wilson and Santa Clarita Ambulance nor Wilson Ambulance's contract with the County of Los Angeles. All rates remain the same as presently in effect in the County area. Throughout the year of this contract, the contractor has complied with all provisions. Response times have remained within appropriate ranges and the City's identification is now clearly represented on all units. That the City Council renew contract with Santa Clarita Ambulance for.
