SUBJECT: VALENCIA BOULEVARD AT CREEKSIDE ROAD
PROJECT NO. 89-12 - ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
DEPARTMENT: Public
BACKGROUND
Project No. 89-12 provides for the installation of a traffic signal system at
Valencia Boulevard and Creekside Road. This project is eligible for Federal
funds and has been identified as FAU Project No. M -Q064(600) CRP -L089(518).
Council previously approved Master Agreement No. 07-5450 on October 9, 1990, and
Supplement No. 002 on November 26, 1990 to cover this project.
Budget in the amount of $119,500 is currently allocated for this work, and
Account No. 25-96026-227 has been established to track all costs associated with
the project.
Plans and specifications for this project have been completed and are available
for review in the offices of the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve 'the plans and specifications for the project, and authorize the
advertising for bids.
