A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA
.�.. AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-100
PROVIDING FOR THE
COMPENSATION OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, Section 37206 of the Government Code requires the City Council
to prescribe the time and method of paying salaries, wages and benefits of
employees of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized and directed, under provisions
of the Municipal Code of the City of Santa Clarita, Section 2.080.060 (7), the
City Manager to prepare a proposed salary plan for all City employees.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-100 was adopted on June 25, 1991 and
WHEREAS, the City Council has allocated funds in the 1991/92 budget for
the positions that are the subject of this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa
Clarita as follows:
Section 1: Exhibit 1 is hereby amended to add the following
classifications:
Classifications
Temporary Crossing Guard
Temporary Supervising Crossing Guard
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this
resolution.
