SUBJECT: COMMUTER RAIL STATION --PROJECT 91-17 - Phase II
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
DEPARTMENT: Community Development
BACKGROUND
Project No. 91-17, Phase II, provides for site work construction of the Commuter
Rail Station, which includes grading, street and parking improvements, and
construction of the Rail Station facility which is scheduled to be operational
by October 30, 1992.
Budget in the amount of $694,520 is currently allocated .in FY 91-92 and a budget
in the amount of $4,329,000 has been proposed in FY 9293 for this work, and
Account No. 25-96070-227 has been established to track all costs associated with
the entire project.
Plans and specifications for this project have been completed and are available
for review in the offices of the City Clerk and the Director of Community
Development.
Approve the plans ° and specifications for the project, and authorize the
advertising for bids.
